1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and purchasing our cutting tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, manufacturing partners, and industrial clients. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or purchase products.
2. Product Specifications and Accuracy
While Metrics Tooling strives for 100% precision, all technical data, including “speeds and feeds” recommendations, tool geometries, and coating specifications, are provided as guidelines. Actual performance may vary based on your specific machine rigidity, workpiece material, and coolant setup. We reserve the right to modify tool designs or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in INR and are exclusive of taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. For industrial accounts with “Net 30” or “Net 60” terms, late payments may incur interest at a rate of 10% per month. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
4. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates. Metrics Tooling is not liable for production downtime or liquidated damages resulting from shipping delays. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the tools to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point).
5. Industrial Safety and Liability
Warning: Metal cutting involves high speeds, heat, and sharp edges. Our tools must be used only by trained professionals wearing appropriate PPE. Metrics Tooling shall not be held liable for any injury, machine damage, or scrapped workpieces resulting from improper tool application, exceeding recommended parameters, or tool breakage.
6. Returns and Warranty
Due to the precise nature of cutting tools, returns are only accepted for unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Custom-engineered tools or “specials” are non-returnable. Our warranty is limited to the replacement of tools proven to have manufacturing defects and does not cover natural wear and tear or misuse.
7. Intellectual Property
All CAD files, proprietary coating formulas, and tool designs featured on this site are the intellectual property of Metrics Tooling. Unauthorized reproduction or “reverse engineering” of our geometries is strictly prohibited.
